Delete your NOD Care account

You can delete your account from the app in a few taps, or ask us to do it for you here.

In the app

  1. 1Open the NOD Care app and go to Profile.
  2. 2Tap Settings, then Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile: name, email, date of birth, photo and phone number.
  • Saved addresses, uploaded medical records and notifications.
  • Upcoming bookings are cancelled; anything you prepaid is refunded in full.

What we keep

Records of past payments (amount, date, provider) are kept in anonymised form for as long as tax law requires, and are no longer linked to your name or number. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Partner accounts (doctors, clinics, hospitals, caretakers, labs, pharmacies) are closed by our team after offboarding. Use the form, or request it from the Partner app.
